That's awesome Jon, Congratulations! Hopefully the market will turn around I know it's showing small signs of improving. Knowing you you'll give all your clients 110% like you do with everything else.

My 401 K went up 5 grand since last quarted, stocks must be doing better!!

For any of you out there looking to purchase a home or refinance an existing loan, rates today are hitting outstanding low's again!  For a conventional 30 year fixed loan, rates are at the 5% mark, and possibly dipping under 5% with current market conditions.  For a conventional 15 year fixed, rates are possible at 4.5%!  Right now is an outstanding opportunity to take advantage of and I just wanted to give you all a heads up!
